Default Hello, I have a couple of quick questions for those in MA...

Do you know if my car will pass inspection with clear blinkers (ie clear bulbs that flash white)

Does anyone know of a good (ie leniant) inspection place in the Boston area.

Thanks Much!

Reid

Default You will pass at most places in Boston with clear bulbs w/o problem

I will send you an email with some easy places, don't want to blow up anybody's spot, ya know!

Default Actually I currently have orange bulbs, but I recently got some clear corners and I purchased...

Philips Bluevision Bulbs for my low beams and my fogs, and was hoping to find a similar *white* bulb for my turn signals. So I ask for two reasons, so I know where I can go to get my inspection sticker, and also, to see if anyone knows of a turn signal bulb that is white, not yellow, amber, or blue.

Thanks Again,

Reid

Default Im not in MA but....

I have clear corners with clear bulbs and had to change for inspection in NY and my guess would be that you would have to do the same. If you still have the two piece headlights, the type of clear corner that you got is going to affect the way the light looks. My car has the older style clear corners. I run a blueish bulb (Sylvania) for my lows but they give off a whitish tint. My cornering lights are just regular 1157. At night they give off a yellowish tint when turned on with the headlights but Im pretty sure its just due to the nature of the housing. When they blink however, they are a bright white and match my headlights rather well. If you have the newer crystal clear corners Im not really sure about what bulb to buy. Hope this helps a little. Good luck. Theres a couple more shots in my poster if it will help.
