Default Yea, I felt the same way. I know that they do have a tendency to break..

especially if your car has over 10k on it. I just never expected it to take so long to do, especially when I went to these guys becuase they had experience with perfomance exhausts on VAG cars.

Default If it's just the muffler, it shouldn't affect your acceleration all that much.

Can you gain access to the underside of the car? Any chance that they put a kink in the system during installation that might restrict flow? Were you able to inspect their work before driving away?

Default Check to see if all the setctions are lined up correctly.

If they are not, you might have leak?

Default back from my garage...

As far as I can tell, all the pipes look straight and legit. I revved it up to about 6k for a bit, but it didn't change anything. At cruising speed, it almost sounds stock. Very quiet. Its when I give it throttle (even a little) it is loud as hell and instead of a deep tone, its a rasp. And under WOT it sounds like there is sand being blasted out the back of my exhaust. A horrible sound.
I honestly don't think this is the installers fault here....it must be a defective system from Borla. I just hope that I'm not hurting/damaging the turbo with this faulty system on there....I imagine with the decreased performace, its due to a constriction somewhere in the system, which must be putting excessive backpressure on the turbo. Not good.
