Help with Customer Relations
I am trying to find a name or a phone number for the head of customer relations at Audi of America. I just bought a lovely 2001 A4 from my local dealer and unfortunately it has a defect in the paint that they are unwilling to repair. I've tried the Customer Relations number and have a case number, but they too were unable to help me. At this point I'd like to express my concerns to someone at the executive level, but I am getting the run around from the switchboard. Any suggestions?
I'm sure I'm not the first person to have this problem. Thanks for you help.

Good luck to you... I talked to them on average 3 times a day.. they won't let you talk to anyone...
Then they'll tell you, if you want more information, you need a lawyer. But if you tell them that you are getting a lawyer, then they won't talk to you.. pretty crappy system they have there.
