I can purchase a used unit in germany , 500$ used unit mint condition. I living in spain, the unit is oem a8 ( 4D0 035 192 C) navigation system.

I don't doubt that at all... Would be a sweet option for audi to offer here...
although, after driving an S4 with the US Nav system, I have came to appreciate it's simplicity. It works quite well.
