Default not sure on proper way of cleaning but...

if you have an intake (how long ago did you put it on?) your car may be running lean, and at stoplights, where the car is idling low, it may not be getting enough gas. i had a friend who put a filtercharger on his 3000gt and he stalled at stoplights for the first week after it was on bc his car had not adjusted for the new increase in air....

if yours is still stalling and it has been a while, i would suggest cleaning the maf or making sure it's working properly

Default Check all of your hoses. I had the same problem. more...

Whenever I started the car, I'd get terribly rough idles, some violent shaking...turns out one of my hoses (not sure which one it actually is, the German guy who's fixing it didn't know the English term for it, and I'm not sure what it was) has a gash running along its entire length. It was to the right of the engine cover, one of the black hoses that runs down there.

Default could be iac

my sis had the problem on a 96 2.8 manual. The idle air control valve didn't add enough fuel to stop the drop in the rpm and therefore the car stalled. Could be that
