Help please
The odometer on our 1996 A4 is not working. The car is a five speed with front wheel drive. Curiously, the trip odometer is working and only the main odometer is the problem. Ideas for what may be the problem and how to fix would be appreciated. Thanks

bad instrument cluster maybe
there is only one vehicle speed sender on the gearbox... that must be working since the trip portion of the cluster is progressing in mileage. So I'd guess that your cluster is kaput.
