Help Please.......................................Damn center console

I cant remove the center trim, nor the Hvac controls.
Damn It'
Do i need to remove the Hvac controls first!
but thes the ash tray in the way.
or does the ash tray and the Hvac have to come out before the plastic trim.
Oh and the plastic trim seems stuck.
F*ck.

Johnny What Happened!? Is this continued work since yesterday. . .
during the meet? You should call Agravic for some assistance. Should we do a "mini-meet" later on tonight around 9pm with Supercharge, etc?

Remove the surrounding trim and take out the two hex screws on the bottom left and right corners.

HVAC comes out first. There are clips on top and bottom. Gotta shove a small flathead screwdriver
below the HVAC to release those clips. They are almost directly below the ones on top. pry and pull on the HVAC. Then you can get to the bolts to remove the ashtray
