when ever i completly turn the wheel to lock, and turn it back, there's this squeaking noise coming from the wheel. i was wondering is this anything important, or is it just something rubbing on to each other. thanks

Just tires rubbing against the pavement. Nothing to worry about.

i put my head right next to the steering wheel, and heard it right there. i wish it was only the tires tho.

I have a similar noise, a slight squeeky/scrape sound, especially when cold. Won't do it at dealer.
