Default HELP - Timing belt install issue....LONG

I am installing the ECS Tuning ultimate timing belt kit. I put everything on it the right position. I counted the teeth and everything. In the tech article it says to double check by cranking the engine over once to see if everything lines up. In the bentley manua, it says to crank the engine over twice to make sure. I did this twice and everything lined up. I MARKED THE CAM AND CRANK PULLEY/SPOCKET TO THE BELT AND IT LINED UP TWICE AFTER TWO TURNS OF THE ENGINE. When I was putting the guards back on and the actual crank pulley, I noticed that the belt wasnt where I had marked it!!! So I kept cranking the engine by hand to see if the belt would line up again. the markings on the belt were always changing and never stayed consistent again(panicing started). Its late so I decided I was gonna sleep and come back to this. Before going to bed I looked back at my bentley CD and found that the timing marks on the Cam and Crank should line up after every 2 full turns. I went back and did this and found that it was lining up every 2 turns consistently. SO my question really after this long a$$ description: Does the belt also have to turn in the same position every 2 full turns or will the belt be anywhere? (by the way I didnt notice the belt skip at all and the tesioner is fully extended already)
CAN SOMEONE WHO KNOWS 4 SURE PLEASE HELP?????

Default The belt will not line up to the same positions.. As long as the marks on the pulley line up...

you are all set.

As long as the marks are lined up on the crank and cam pulleys you are fine.
