Default Help with Turbo Problem

I recently lost most of my power the other day and noticed the Turbo started making a loud wooshing sound. I figured there was a break or hole in one of the turbo hoses, so I checked today.. I checked the big hose under the passenger side, the hose under the drivers side, and the line that leads from the intake manifold to the BPV(?) All of them seem fine.. Is there something I'm missing- something I should be checking? I figure it's a big hole because I've lost so much power I feel like I'm driving a Camry.. Also, the check engine light has not come on. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Default I don't know how to check it.

You may just want to replace it with the TT one. It costs about $35 from your dealer.

I think it makes a whistling sound when it starts going bad.

Did you figure out if that was your problem?

Default Nope. Taking it to the dealer. Speaking of which, can i ask a favor?

I need to find a stock ECU and Tip module to test my car out -- I know you atleast have the tranny module (don't suppose you have a spare ECU).

Anyway, do you think we could swap for a couple days sometime in the near future? =)))

Default No spare ecu, sorry.

I don't mind swapping tranny ECUs, but I don't if it will work because I have fwd. If it will work, we can swap.
