hey guys, i need your opinions on the bbq....
i have met tons of you guys via im, aw, and driving around cleveland. i really, really want to go to the bbq, but the thing is, i am having a hard time justifying putting 2000 miles on my car... that would be 35000 on a 2000 m.y.!!!
but, on the other hand, i want to meet many of you, and right now, i'm leaning towards that. plus, there are going to be lots of hanging out, carousing, and great deals on stuff. i don't know, just ranting... some advice appreciated...

we are driving from chicago, hopefully we will meet up with
the michigan poeple, but if we don't you surely can...
as for mileage? eh... .what did you buy the car for? I have a 2001 and I am over 35,000 currently! life is short...
you gonna skip it and stay home, then by tuesday, when everyone posts their pics and all the inside jokes and what not....
and you are gonna say to yourself.... "they had a blast, but hey, atleast I didn't put any miles on my car..."

Well, there is the northeast event in Boston over the summer.
A little closer/easier to justify? See the events section for a post from "Vijay". He coordinates this event every year.

make arrangements with a restaurant that's got a big enough parking lot and isn't too far from the Interstate.

well, hmmm
are you driving down? we are leaving chciago early friday morning... so we won't be in then... but monday evening, we will be cruising thru town... not sure on the time yet though... we are leaving alabama mon morning....
