hey hey hey, So i got a test pipe. Put in non foulers and there still is a check engine light.

you need one stock "nonfouler" screwed into the exhaust bung and the drilled out fouler screwed into
the stock non fouler. Said another way the o2 sensor is screwed into the drilled out nonfouler. That is then screwed into the none drilled out nonfouler. Then that entire assembly is screwed into the exhaust bung
