So today i got to the parking lot at school, i let the car cool for a few, and then i shut the door. tried to lock it with the remote again for a last try, and it didn't work. So i locked it like you told me to with the key, then unlocked it with the key, and tried the remote ... didn't work. So i figured lets try a last step (I didn't know what i was doing by the way (when do I ever)) So i Lock the door then unlock the door with the key open the door turn the car on, shut it off, shut the door, and vwolla the remote worked agin ... Weird? I think so, it's been working great all day.

there are 5 positions in the memory to recode. Possibly you changed the position, yet I don't how that would work if another key was not already in the ignition at the time of all this being done. Damn bitchy cars..glad to hear it is now working. Let's hope this lasts a long time and doesn't give trouble again.

Not that you would want to though. Go get that turbo B5 you have been wanting! Congrats. And you may want to leave that insurance company at this point, they will be raising your rates to try to get some money back.
