Default hiccup/stutter getting worse!!! help!!! any ideas??

car is a 2001 1.8t at 87k miles with giac chip, evoms dv, 2.5 turbo-back exhaust, and cone filter.

problem has been present for about 8 months but i have noticed a hiccup/stutter more and more as the car has been cold. Very cold lately up here in minnesota. it happens while accelerating in all gears, but only really noticeable in 1st, there is a stutter/hiccup somewhere between 2400k and 2700k rpms. it is really bad now. its like an aggresive shift but im not shifting at all. just constant pedal pressur! car has been pressure tested and all maintence has been done. MAF has been changed twice since the problem showed up but no changes. there are also no codes. i have taken it to a few shops but nobody can figure it out!

i have been searching and searching on all differnt forums. i need some more suggestions on what it could be!!!

Default Do you let the engine come up to temperature? at least 150+?

If no.. there is your problem.

If yes.. change your plugs and test..change your coil packs and check..

Default I think I have the same problem.

1998 AEB, APR chip, cone air filter, FMIC. Plugs recently changed, fuel filter too, when warmed up it's less noticeable, but still. Boost ok (holds 15). 2 codes:
16716 - Knock Sensor 2 (G66): Signal too Low
P0332 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
17956 - Boost Pressure Regulation Valve (N75): Open Circuit
P1548 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

Can any of those cause something like that?
