High voltage sticker under hood = Xenon lights, correct?

A friend of mine just got an Audi that is the same year and wants to know if he has them (I'm not with him, and he wouldn't know enough about headlights to tell)
- So if I tell him to pop the hood and he sees that same high voltage warning I have in the same place (right side of the car in front of the headlights under the hood) it definently means Xenons right?

I have the sticker on both of my headlights, on the black piece in the back of the headlight housings. Perhaps you should also describe to him how they turn on (a slight flash when initially turned on) and the low hum you hear. What year A4 is it? They started coming out for the 2000 or 2001 models.
