I haven't checked out my stock manual seat yet, but from what I've read the floor does have the extra metal squares for power seats and include the holes for the bolts. From there I can either have nuts welded to the floor or install expanding nuts to anchor the two points.
There is absolutely no welding of rails of any kind - if anything I'd be removing the manual set rails.

I'm definitely getting them now!
The installation narrows down to bolting anchoring the passanger seat to the front two points (i've got power drivers seat), so i won't have to cut the manual rails at all...
