Magnaflow/carsound 2.5" Generic High Flow Cat - $98 from such sites like bigexhaust.com
Roll of wire to extend 2nd 02 sensors to prevent a CEL - probably have some lying around
Having an exhaust shop weld the HFC after your DP/flex joint to your current setup - $150 max
Cat replacement pipe for OEM location - $30-220(quality dependant)
Watching your boost gauge spool up like a wiperblade on PCP as you smoke your friend who blew $649 on a OEM location direct fit HFC - PRICELESS

and relocating the cat to under the car makes more power than just replacing the old cat with an HFC? I don't see the difference other than location.

the exhaust gas is tumbling, hot and at its most expanded state immediately aft the turbo. Having a matrix of cells right there (cat) for the gas to push through is best for emissions, but not for power.
Relocating that cat lets the tumbling hot gas dump into a simple tube, travel downstream, somewhat cool. So the cat downstream isn't as significant a flow restrictor.
Its also healthier for the engine in that the cat gets very hot (pop your hood after a spirited drive and feel the heat from the cat) by getting it out of th engine bay, you are dropping temps in that area, which is a good thing.
Cheers,
