how is barrier audi in bellevue? i need to get my car serviced

just moved up to seattle from so cal. i went to university audi and they wanted to charge me dianostic fees if audi assured does not covered. never experienced these types of fees at other dealers.

university is suppose to be better. ive been there twice and it wasnt bad. never been to barrier...

do some searching and you can find some threads about this.

They'll pretty much rape you...

Go to university audi. Barrier Audi service sucks cuz you're behind the Benzo, Jags and Porshe in terms of pecking order.

University has my vote too. I got my car there and have always gotten good/fast service

I have found an aforementioned wrapper in my backseat though. Granted, they might have given me preferrential treatment just because I got my car from them but yeah, the guys at barrier are dix.
