Default How can I get the 4 digit pin for my car? Need it to swap ECUs

trying to get an ACK ecu working in my AHA car. The ACK ecu has an immobilizer that cuts off the engine after 2 seconds. According to the ross-tech website I can match the ecu to my instrument cluster via vag if I know the 4 digit pin code for the cluster controller. How can I find that code?? Help!

what does "cloned" mean exactly? Can then transfer the settings from my AHA ecu to the ACK ecu?

You can't. The SKC is no longer visible by the dealer IIRC.

according to ross-tech that happened in '05, not clear if that's on all cars or just newer cars?

Default They obtain the immobolizer code from your old ECU

and apply it to the new ECU...both ECUs are plug and play at that point.

Default I'm not sure you have compatable ECUs

sounds as if you need to disable the Immobilizer on the new unit...don't know if you can do that.
