Hey I have a 1999 Audi A4 that I bought last year and came with a Bilstein 2" lowering coilover kit already installed and I would like to raise it about an inch because it sits too low and my front tires rub on the splash guards when I hit a bump on the road. How can I raise it? Just buy different springs?

Well, I don't want it back to stock height. I'd like it to sit 1.2-1.4 lower than stock and as of right now its lower than 2", which is way too low for a daily driver. and especially where I live,(Michigan)

Unload the springs (ie Jack the car until the wheels are off the ground ) and turn the ring up 3/4 inch or so. Turn the ring the same amount on all four and you will be close.
You might need a 4 wheel alignment afterwards because camber may be off.

Aftermarket coilovers come with an adjustment wrench, if you don't have it you can usually find them online or on e-bay.

It almost looks like they bought Bilstein coil over shocks, and then retro fitted the stock shocks to them. Like I said I'll look it to it a lot tile but more tonite.
