Default how do I check my timing

I just had my timing belt replaced, and now i'm having problems idling low or having the idle surge, could this be a timing problem?
If so, how would I check it?

Default

Crank sensor should adjust timing. Is everything reconnected? loose wire, hose or something?

Default Timing can be and should be adjusted...

cam timing, that is. Was the cam timing set correctly when the timing belt was done?
