How do I figure out what size hubcentric rings I need for my 18" Oettigner REs?

I somehow lots two of the hubcentric rings while the rims were in storage over the winter. I want to put them back on pretty soon, and I need two new rings. I got the rims from SPP and was going to call them and order another set, but I read some old posts in the arhcives that indicated they can be found at almost any tire shop. I would rather pick up a new set around here than wait for them to ship from Cali.
Anyone know the size I need, or how to proeprly take measurements? I read an old post that said you need two measurements, the diameter of the hub on the rim and on the car, but I wasn't really sure.

If anyone ever needs to know, the hubcentric rings for 18" Oettigner REs are 57.1mm to 68mm, it was stamped on the rings SPP sent me with the rims.
