Default same thing happened to me, the dealer I guess gave me someones elses manual...
I called the dealers up, they asked me a bunch of questions (for my Identity I guess) and then gave me a different code, and that one worked...

Default you'll need to get the code from the dealer. I think they are starting to charge for that.
You might as well just buy a new head unit. you will definitely need to pull your radio out to get the serial number so they can get the code.

The code is on the vehicle ID sticker in the spare wheel well. Look for a string of 4 numbers.
