Default Here is better smart-*** answer

unplug your electronic control module and then plug it back in again. 'Key on' for 3 min - you then should idle @ 900.

Default Apr set the idle @ 900. I think 750 is a little too low...

For example if you engage the compressor, you will drop at least 50-100prm. When you engage the clutch and begin to drive it 'technically' it will be easier for one to stall and/or bog the engine. The higher idle really makes the driving easier.

FYI: 800-900 rpms is pretty much ball park for manual cars, esp with smaller motors. Most automatics can safly idle lower - since there is less 'driver' needed to perform.

Default Idle RPM can not be adjusted Mechanicly

Non DBW cars idle at 840 rpm. DBW cars idle at 800rpm. That is set by the ECU program.

Idle speed was set at a certain level for many reasons. Emissions is one of them.

If your car does not idle at the above RPM or close to it it should be serviced.
