How do I remove a center vent? <more>
How do I remove a center vent on a 2001.5? Do they just pull out, or is it more complex then that?

Basically pull but be careful....
there's wires connected in the back for the illuminated vent adjusters. I used needle nose pliers to grab the horizontal vent and pulled a little on each side at a time. Just work it out a little at a time. Also put a cloth under the pliers to prevent scratching. Good luck.
