There are two plastic "stoppers" at the back of the tracks that the seat slides in...they come out just with that philips screw that you can see. Then, look under the front-middle of the seat, you should see where you need to disconnect the slider. Finally, just slide the seat all the way back and out of the tracks and lift out. Good luck

If you remove the top of the rear seats you will find 2 bolt holes in the floor just
above the bottom of the rear seat. I used the Rallye 4 harness but it does not work well with real race seats.
