How do I remove the rear door skins?

I just did this last weekend...
Easy, although I did not pull it entirely off. I took the door panel off and reseated it to try to address some minor squeaks.
Basically, two screws on either side of the interior door panel. One screw inside the door handle. As the plastic door handle insert comes out, one more screw behind it.
