Default How do I stop buzz in mechanical boost gauge?

Just installed a VDO boost gauge in the center vent, and the buzz is kind of annoying, but it only does it above like 13 psi. I could live with it, but I'd like to find a way to silence it. Someone said that a fuel filter worked, but fuel filters usually aren't used on 3/8" hose. My vaccum hose is only 1/8". Any ideas?

Default I had the VDO & now ISS Pro gauge with no buzzing...

The only difference I can think of is I ran 4mm id hose through the firewall and only used the 1/8" hose the last foot or so.

I think the 1/8th hose is to rigid and does not provide enough volume to muffle the buzz.

A larger diameter rubber / silicone hose worked well for me.
