How do i wire power to my cell phone bracket near my stereo? (more)
I'm going to install the pro-fit bracket like many on the forum have done in my 99.5 w/ bose. my question is how do I hard-wire power to my phone? I guess I need a normal cig-lighter power cord for my phone and tap into power somewhere behind the radio area? any ideas on where to splice into and get power? thanks for any help!

There are power taps under the left side of the knee bolster.
The 75X one is for switched power...on of the others is constant power (which is probably what you want). If you remove the knee bolster, you'll see a bank of power taps to the left of the steering column, under the dash. Make sure you fuse the line you run to the phone!!
