How do you convert a "Money Factor" to a lease rate %? MF=.00385

Brand new 2002 1.8tmq.

My 2000 had a cracked block and I am refusing to pick it up and keeping their loaner. They have extended their first offer to move me to a 2002. Trying to figure out all the numbers to counter offer.

the lowest mf your dealer can offer through afs is .00338

How do you figure that? You mean I can negotiate the rate in a 48 mo lease?
