Default How do you get the loose change from in the E-brake ?...

..So I store my loose change in the reseviour(sp?) under the E-brake. I've noticed that quite a bit has fallen into the ledge under the E-brake and I can't get to it. How can I remove some of the E-brake housing to get this change out? I know it seems stupid but it just bugs me that its sitting there and I can't get it. Thanks guys.
