Default how do you lubricate the sunroof rails?

I know this sounds like a no brainer, but I was looking at them and can't tell if they are the rails or just where the glass rests?? I decided to spray both and my sunroof still vibrates as if it was too dry when I open/close it.
Anyone got pics?

Default ehh, you need to be careful with 'generic' grease

some of the sunroof sliding surfaces are plastic, so if you get the wrong grease with the wrong plastic the solvents in the grease can gum up the plastic over time.

same logic goes into injecting grease into the control arm joints (which ive done), some greases can swell and destroy the control arm bushings and the rubber boot.

Default 2nd. I use silicone grease from Napa.

I use this on sway bar bushings, sunroof rails, and door hinges - and that's about it.

Default NO dont DO it!!!!

only use a silicone based lube the petrol based lube will cause the PLASTIC guides to fail prematurely and you will have to do this..
