How do you program the keyless entry for 97 model. I found how to reprogram but that doesn't work

How do you program the keyless entry for 97 model. I found how to reprogram but that doesn't work

Default did your car come with this...
keyless entry was an option on MY97. only cars with sunroof were so equiped iirc.

So since it wasn't equipped I cannot use a keyless entry

sorry! i don't even think the wires are there. much less the reciever. :{(

Default Too bad I just bought 2 about a month ago and paid more!
Damn. That sucks. Are you sure you don't have it though? I have a 97 and it worked okay. You have to have 2 keys and a remote to do it.

Gosh, I am glad that I happened to luck out and had keyless entry on mine! I didn't know it was an option. I just bought the remotes off ebay.

You should be able to get $20 or $25 each on ebay EASY.
