How do you pull the Hazard switch out?

Default How do you pull the Hazard switch out?
I have all trim off in my '99.5 and can't figure out how to pull the switch out the front.

Default The switch comes out from the back.
You have to remove the whole panel that holds the buttons and cup holder.
