How do you remove the black plastic grills infront of the foglights in a 2001 A4

Default How do you remove the black plastic grills infront of the foglights in a 2001 A4
Do you just pop it of or is there a trick!

look carefully and you'll see there are taps to hold the grills in, trick is flat head s/driver
