Who can give me directions on how to remove the finger plates? Do you pop them up? Are they glewed? Do they have a screw?

I took the entire door apart though. I think the window buttons cover just pops out with an easy pry with a small screw driver and you should be able to figure out the rest from there.

take the door panel off. should be easy with it off

but make sure you remember where each one goes along with its matching harness. other wise you'll get em all mixed up.
