Default how hard is it to change the Air Filter?

I did change the pollen filter myself. it was easy, now I am thinking change the air filter by myself? How hard is that for a newbie? another day, I tooked off the cover on the air box, seems quite confusing. Should I do it myself? worry about damage those sensors.

Any advice is great ,thank you!

Pop off the 4 metal prongs, remove old filter, insert new filter, resnap metal prongs

Default VERY easy

all you have to do it open the air box by unclipping it, take the filter out, put then new one in, and close it up.

Default virtually impossible, take to dealer.

no its quite easy. i totally eliminated my airbox. by removing the cover to remove the panel filter, i dont think it would be possible to damage the sensors, unless you hit it with a baseball bat to remove it,lol.

Default let's put it this way.

I'm a newb too and have two left hands.

A few months ago I 'searched' the tech section for some articles with pictures and just tried it. Yeah it took me a bit longer the first time but I could do it with my eyes closed now. Give it a try, on a scale of 1 to 10 it's below a 1.

Good luck!
