Default How hard is it to change the steering rack on a 2.8?

When I went to change my tie rod ends today lots of fluid came out of the boot on the tie rod and I'm pretty sure that means the steering rack is bad. How hard is it to change this if you don't have a lift. No special tools needed right? Anyone changed theirs?

Default I would rather take it up teh butt from bubba than to do another rack... (Not really)

But it really sucks... The LONGEST and worst part was getting the hydraulic lines back on... Get the two washers on the banjo bolts and sticking your hand into a place that is about 1/10th the size of your hand, kinda sucks! The 2.8 sucks compared to the 1.8... More room to work with on the 1.8....
