How hard is it to change wheel liner in a rolled fender?

It's easier...
They may have just trimmed the edge where it attaches to the rolled fender. I had mine rolled and didn't notice much difference. The wheel liner is flexible plastic so you'll just have to tuck it in more or trim the edge on the replacement. Everything else attaches the same.

I've never done it...is it easy to replace the wheel liner myself?
I'm having serious rubbing even after rolling fenders...I don't know what to do, lifting the car would be my last choice (too expensive)
