Default How hard is it to put a new key in a switchblade remote?

I have the older straight style key for my 97 A4, and I saw a few of the switchblade style remotes on Ebay. Is there any way of putting my metal key part into the switchblade style remote?

Or if I get a switchblade remote, how much would it cost me to get the metal part rekeyed to my lock?

Default you have the get the key cut..

you can't just take off your non switchblade key and put it on because then it wouldn't be a switchblade. if you get one off ebay just get it cut and you'll be fine.
