how long to install V&S short shifter?

You got in on that GB? Me too...I'm going to get some help from a local AWer whose done....
his and some others in the area. He may even have some of a keg left to help with the install. Gotta like that....yeah Kyle.

I was figuring it would take me an hour... but from what I've read elsewhere and your comment, I'm guessing it will take me longer.
Any problems in particular that held you up?
Am I correct in thinking you are running the V&S? Can't remember, but it seems like that's the case...

nah. first was uuc. then neuspeed. now strat
first took me a long time bc i was retarded. there just isnt a lot of space to work with. i didnt have a magnet with me, so i was constantly fishing for stuff i'd drop into the box. here are my two biggest hints/time savers.
1. have a magnet for stated reasons.
2. have a dremel. when you get the stock shifter out, dremel the black plastic piece. this way you can put the shifter together not in the car, and drop it in, then bolt it in. saves TONS of time
