How many 17mm wrenches does one man need?
Finally got around to doing the foam sheet tool stencil tooldrawer mod and lo and behold Sears jipped me out of a 16mm wrench and gave me two 17mm's. It wouldn't bother me if I had not allready cut the two 17mm's into the foam. So retarded.

Always count tools from Sears, I've seen them ship a set of tools that didn't exist.
Brother-In-Law who's a mechanic ordered a set a few years back (one of those 2100 tool oh-my-god sets) He got about 300 tools sent to him, and about 100 of them didn't go with that set. Took it into the nearest Sears store, they thought it was the wrong set shipped, but they couldn't find a set like it in the catalog. Heh... The best the store manager could tink was they threw a bunch of tools in the box because his order was so backordered (it was like a month late) to clear the computer from squawking at them for a late order. Cool part was Sears told him to keep the wrong tools for his troble and did get the correct set out to him in a week.
