When my A4 came in about a month ago, it had a tip instead of a manual. The dealer had the car in the service bay (to swap the 7 spoke sport wheels for 5 spokers). I had already looked around trying to figure out where my long awaited baby was. When the salesman said "your car's in there", I said "that can't be mine, it's a tip". To make a long story shorter, they swapped my volcano black for a brilliant black (oh my) lot car that had everything the same - plus bose & trip computer, at no extra cost. Instead of paying 4% over invoice, I ended up paying $280 under invoice. Overall, I was VERY happy with how I was treated by the dealer. (Ends up the port in Houston had "illegally" swapped cars vs. transport trucks, and the dealer had all the order information correct.)
