Default how many of you have a poor functioning driver side dimming mirror?

I have noticed that when I adjust the driver's side mirror to the angle I like (which is pretty far out, as I am tall and sit back) the mirror doesn't dim with the other 2. if I adjust it in more, it kicks in, or if I just push on the inside of the mirror, it kicks in.

passed on such behavior, I am assuming that the angle I like is too far out and hence is not making the connection that it needs. I will have the dealer look into it before I take it apart myself.

I noticed that I am not the only one, so I figured I would ask if anyone has had the same prob, if it has been fixed, etc.
