of dollars you soaked into your car will be mostly useless?
I wonder if everyone had money wrapped up in thier cars if people would be more careful and attentive when driving.

Spent a few grand on mods to my '94 Mazda 626......and wham....an 90 year old woman plowed me from behind a t a stop and totalled my car. I was able to get some parts off but not all. I had just paid the car off 3 months before too.
It sucks.

my father has a stock mitsu van he has had for 290K, it runs fine as well.
Mike O has 200K on his A4. I have at least another 114 K left before I consider it old.
Besides this time next week I should be at 90K.

You all better have good insurance and not with PROGRESSIVE. Check with your local body and service shop and ask who they like to deal with because the extra $$$$ every 6 months will be worth it and will prevent the aggrivation I have gone through for this. You get some dumb *** BITCH who can't speak english and can't read our street signs running a stop sign in an industrial park at 35mph the day you decide to take it slow and then you get t-boned.

Mine looked similar after I got T-boned from a Cube Van making a left turn. As I was getting out of the car, the Van took off and I never got a license plate. Had to pay for repairs out of my own pocket since the company's fleet insurance may have gone up from $250,000 to $800,000 if I had made a claim.
In total, repairs cost 7 grand CAD.
