it is cleanable and reusable. and only $50
but its not going to give you anything. fine, how about 1 horse, maybe. on a cold day.

So, it's just better for...

The exhaust system/engine? (I would assume) More air coming in?

None if for turbo engines. Better throttle response w/non-turbo however.

If you want to get technical....

virtually nothing GIVES you ANY horsepower, most components only free up the existing horsepower your car already has, they add nothing including a turbocharger. If you want to prove this for yourself, just cut off your catalytic converters & run a straight pipe to your muffler. Obviously a pipe isn't going to GIVE you any horsepower it only unleashes your "hidden" horsepower.
