Default how much is it to resurface a flywheel?

i have a lwfw, 11lbs, that i want to get rid of. it came off of my AWE clutch kit. i have since upgraded to the spec stage 3. i thought about contacting spec about this since they are 20 mins from my house.

anyways, just wondering what the process would be to get it ready to be sold to some one.

Default You're referring to a stock FW. He is talking about a LWFW.

Also from what I've read, a few have resurfaced the OEM flywheel successfully.

Default You can. But I think he wants to resurface his aluminum flywheel to resell. Not sure

whether the aluminum flywheels can be resurfaced. AWE should be able to tell him.

Default Right. this is an aluminum lwfw. by the looks of it....

it seems as though the surface CAN be replaced by removing the bolts on the back side and replaceing the face of the fw.

any other suggestions?

Just remeber that if you replace the surface, you then have to balance it.
