Dude it takes like 6 hours and I've done it 3 times now. Its not easy.
If you are NJ then email me suspension seems to be a common thing to do here at my place. I know of a couple noobs like you that need to do theirs.

There is a nice write up in the tech section...
I've used it, and it's helped a LOT. Beyond that...like any other job, having the right tools really makes things go smoothly.
