how much should i look to spend if i order and get lowering springs installed at my local shop?

Default huh?.......around $250 for the springs, $200-$300 for the install.......
plus $75-$100 for an alignment a week later (after the springs settle)

i'm looking into gettin Neuspeed's springs that give a 2 inch drop

you'll definitely need new shocks with those......$400-$500

i'm gunna get shocks later..but would i damage the springs in anyway in the meantime? camber kit?

Default no, the ride will just suck in the meantime.......
your non-sport shocks will bottom out all over the place, and your car will literally bounce down the road. And the shocks will be completely trashed in just a few thousand miles. Then the ride will REALLY suck.

don't do it. wait until you can afford the shocks too. also remember that you don't want to have to pay for the install twice.

you'll just have to pay for labor again when you stock shocks blown in about 3wks
