How much work is involved in changing the engine mounts (not the front snub)?

How much work is involved in changing the engine mounts (not the front snub)?
And are there any performance upgrades, instead of using the stock mounts? Kinda like APR's snub mount, but for the other mounts?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Easy to do. Just order mounts from ECS. Then loosen both sets of mount bolts, ...
jack up engine slowly leaving one mount still attached for support, as you replace the other. Make certain to line up mount nub into frame guide hole. Also, if you haven't already go ahead and install a snub. With the motor lifted you'll have easy access to the snub after you remove the bracket around it.

JMS sides were from a company in Canada. The rear is JE Design(?) but doens't fit US bumpers right.
Got the bumper from Rapid Parts. They said it's no difference from the US spec and Euro spec bumpers and how this valance fits. But that is untrue.
